This is not a traditional espresso cart. Our custom draft system serves handcrafted iced lattes and matcha directly from the tap.
There is no waiting for individual espresso shots or steamed milk. Guests receive their drinks quickly, which keeps the line moving and makes our cart a great option for events with larger groups.
Every booking includes our Seven Sundays Coffee on Wheels cart, professional baristas, cups, ice, and everything needed for beverage service.
Our famous Salted Brown Butter Draft Latte is served iced and poured fresh from the tap, with a smooth, creamy finish and the signature flavor that has made it one of our most popular drinks.
Our Ceremonial Matcha Oat Latte is made with single-origin, organic, ceremonial-grade matcha and oat milk. Served unsweetened, each matcha booking includes a choice of two Seven Sundays house-made syrups so guests can customize their drinks.
Additional drink options, including cold brew and seasonal refreshers, may also be available depending on the event.
Our coffee cart is large and extremely heavy. Before confirming an event, we must make sure the cart can be safely brought into the service area.
The route from the unloading area to the final setup location must be accessible and free of stairs, steep ramps, steep hills, narrow entrances, or other obstacles.
For events inside tall buildings, please confirm that a freight elevator or large accessible elevator is available and that the cart can fit through all entrances along the route.
Outdoor events require a flat and stable setup area. Additional arrangements may be necessary depending on the weather and event location.
Important: Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date. Events are confirmed only after availability and venue access are approved, the service agreement is completed, and the required payment is received.
Our Coffee on Wheels menu currently features iced drinks served from our custom draft system. We do not
use a traditional espresso machine and do not offer individually prepared hot espresso drinks from the cart.
Standard bookings include up to two hours of service. Service may end sooner if all beverages purchased for
the event have been served.
No. Each booking includes a specific number of servings selected and paid for in advance.
Our standard private event service is prepaid by the event host. We are not currently participating in unpaid
events, product trade arrangements, or events where service depends only on individual guest purchases.
Yes. Beverage selections depend on the event package and number of servings. Our main options include
the Salted Brown Butter Draft Latte and Ceremonial Matcha Oat Latte. Matcha bookings include a choice of

No. We provide a complete catered beverage service with our cart and baristas. The cart and beverage kegs
are not available for separate rental or purchase.
Travel within 25 miles of our Troy location is included. Events outside that area may be available with an
additional travel fee.
