Food & Beverage Purchases

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food and beverage purchases are generally considered final once prepared.

However, if an order is incorrect, missing an item, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please notify our team as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Online & Mobile Orders

Orders placed through our website, mobile ordering platform, or app are transmitted to the selected Seven Sundays Coffee location for preparation.

Once an order has entered preparation, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If you experience an issue with an online order, please contact the location where the order was placed.

Delivery Orders

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, are subject to the applicable platform's refund and dispute procedures.

Customers should contact the delivery provider directly regarding missing items, delivery delays, or other delivery-related issues.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are generally nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Gift cards remain subject to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.

Loyalty Rewards & Promotional Offers

Loyalty points, promotional discounts, and redeemed rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an eligible purchase is refunded, any points earned from that transaction may be reversed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
